Who We’re Looking For
We believe that everyone’s experiences—both hardships and triumphs—can become a source of healing and insight for others. Through our own journeys, we (Christian and I) have learned the power of mutual support. We’ve faced obstacles side by side, and it was often in helping one another that we found the strength to grow. Now, we want to extend that same sense of community to you.
Those Seeking Support
If you’re struggling with past trauma, searching for new ways to heal, or simply need an open, empathetic space to share your story, we want to connect.
Those Offering Support
If you have experience with natural healing modalities, mental health expertise, or simply a desire to volunteer and help others, we welcome your wisdom.
Both
Sometimes the best helpers are those who have also walked the path of healing themselves. If you fall into both categories, you’re doubly important to us.

How to Get Involved
- Complete Our Questionnaire Our intake form helps us get to know you better. Whether you’re interested in sharing your story in an interview, volunteering your time, or both—this form is your first step. We incorporate NVC-inspired questions to better understand your experiences, needs, and feelings without judgment.
- Schedule a Meeting After reviewing your form, we’ll reach out to set up a call or an in-person meeting. This is where we’ll learn more about your journey, what you’re hoping to share or gain, and how we can best support each other.
What to Expect
- A Compassionate Space We want you to feel safe, heard, and free to express yourself without judgment. The principles of NVC guide our conversations, helping us focus on empathy and understanding.
- A Collaborative Process We value your input. This isn’t just about us asking questions—it’s about exploring what’s helped (or hindered) your healing, so others can learn too.
- A Growing Community As we share these stories, we hope to build a circle of understanding and support that grows far beyond our initial interviews.
